3. Service Failures

If your agent experiences a technical failure caused by SideMind (not third-party platform outages beyond our control), and that failure results in material service disruption over 48 consecutive hours, you may be entitled to a pro-rata credit for the affected period.

To request a credit, contact us at kevin@sidemind.com.au within 7 days of the incident with details of the disruption.

4. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind after a service has been delivered. If you are unhappy with the service, please contact us before cancelling so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at kevin@sidemind.com.au.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or credit, email kevin@sidemind.com.au with your business name, invoice number, and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
